Having spent over 23 years in information technology industry, he co-founded Blueneem with a vision to design, develop and manufacture medical devices for minimally invasive procedures with primary focus on quality & value.

Vittal Rao, a mechanical engineer by training is a veteran in the medical devices industry in India. He is credited with designing and introducing several devices for the first time in India. Having designed and developed marquee products,
Vittal has played a key role in establishing medical device brands in the country prior to co-founding Blueneem.

At Blueneem he runs operations and engineering functions with a key focus on product development and design.

Rajendra Bhat, is a seasoned industry expert with over 25 years in medical devices design and manufacturing. He has played various roles in several organizations prior to co-founding Blueneem.

At Blueneem, he is the director of Production responsible for all Production and QC functions.

Pankaj, an engineer by training, is a seasoned professional in the medical devices industry. He represented leading global brands in India, and brings extensive experience in distribution management and sales operations.

At Blueneem, Pankaj is a member of the board and participates in the strategic direction of the organisation.
